This verse is an example of this principle; in action. There is no apparent reason for men to be said to be both wicked and evil. The only explanation that makes sense is that their character is being recognized in both worlds, the visible and the invisible.

You have just seen the Physical/spiritual relationship being demonstrated four times in a single verse. That would not have been done if that relationship had to been critical to the presentation of the bibles teaching. They are always seen working closely together.
