Have you noticed how frequently the scriptures seem to be saying the same thing in two different ways often in the same sentence or in the same verse. That is not an accident. One will be referring to the physical world and the other refers to the invisible world. Scripture never loses sight of the way the two worlds are interacting.
921) The Lord is in his holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven; (Psalm11:4a ESV)
922) …his eyes see, his eyelids test the children of man. (Psalm 11: 4b ESV)

The repetition we are encountering so often is included deliberately. It is not always simple repetition. In some cases it is placing emphasis on something. It is making sure that the situation will be recognized by the reader. We are not always observant.
In many other cases it is recognizing the interaction of two seemingly unrelated worlds. The physical and the spiritual are two completely different worlds and the text is dealing with both at the same time, in the same sentence. Whatever is taking place in the material world has its counterpart in the spiritual world. This is most likely becoming easier to spot as you see it taking place in nearly every verse.
